Client: Carbon365 (E-commerce)
Goal: Rapid organic visibility + sales growth from search (Google + AI/LLM discovery like ChatGPT)
Timeframe: 90 days (first growth sprint)
Starting point: Newly launched website with near-zero traffic (0–25 monthly visitors) and zero e-commerce sales.
Carbon365 had a new website, no established search presence, and no clear search intent coverage. Pages lacked strong CTAs, topical depth, and conversion urgency. Content execution needed to scale fast without creating duplicate/overlap issues.

Competitor analysis: mapped top-performing competitors (onsite + local Nigerian competitors) to understand what they rank for and why.
Keyword research + benchmarking: built a priority keyword universe by intent (transactional, commercial investigation, informational).
Content gap analysis: identified missing topic coverage and “high-intent” opportunities competitors were already winning.
Outcome: a clear roadmap of what to publish, what to build, and what to fix first.
Built a content cluster strategy (pillar pages + supporting blog posts) based on:
keyword difficulty vs opportunity
buyer intent
competitor gaps
Published at least 5 well-researched posts per week solving real user problems.
Reverse-engineered what worked for competitors (structure, intent match, formatting, internal linking, media use) and improved on it.
To prevent scaling from causing content overlap and index bloat, I built a simple but effective control system:
Developed a Landing Page + Blog Tracker to:
avoid duplicate topic targeting
ensure each page had a distinct primary intent
track URL targets, primary keyword, secondary keywords, content status, and internal links
Fixed key site issues as they surfaced (bugs + indexing/crawl efficiency blockers).
